50th Class
Reunion – January & June Classes
Fifty
years have passed since we walked the halls of Roosevelt High School
together.
A lot has
happened in those years… families, careers, travel, hobbies.. and
retirement!
Many of
you still keep in touch, and many of you may have lost contact… some are no
longer with us.
One thing
we all have in common is our roots in Wyandotte.
Being part of the Medicare age is
a time of
looking at life and remembering and wondering… wondering what ever happened
to_ _ _?
Well, now
is the time to find out! We hope you
will join us for a special reunion this Fall.
One that
will take you back through the halls of RHS, down the streets of Biddle
Avenue, to the water’s edge
of Bishop
Park and more… and one that will bring you back together with those you
shared those formidable years with!
When this
committee first gathered five years ago many of us came together with alumni
we had never
hung
around with, or in some cases, whose name we didn’t remember. But the common
ground of our beginnings
quickly
brought fond memories, shared stories and the beginning of new friendships…
Because this has
become so
special to us we want to share the fun! So please consider joining us for
all or part of the weekend!
You won’t
regret it! And spouses and
significant others, this includes you!
We promise
the time is designed for your enjoyment, too!

FRIDAY
is a late afternoon
Tour of Roosevelt High School
with the school’s historian, Alaina Paluszewski,
followed
by a
Pizza Party
at the home of Roland & Carol Ann Owens in Riverview.
SATURDAY during the day is a chance to tour the town… We will have
available
maps and
information for many of Downriver’s special sites. (see other side)
Our main
event is in the evening with a casual attire
Dinner, Dance, Music, and Entertainment
party at
the Moose Hall in Brownstown.
SUNDAY
will start with a catered
Breakfast
at the
home of Roland & Carol Ann Owens and is a day open for
sitting
around and visiting – or taking in any of the sites you missed on Saturday.

mistaking us!
